SMART BUDGET – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Use of the Product
Only authorized users may use Smart Budget (Home Smart Financial Systems) products. Users may create copies of the file under different names within the same location without requiring a new activation code.
Partial or total reproduction, distribution, or duplication of the product is not permitted, except for a backup copy stored in the same location. Any additional installations outside this scope may require a new activation code.
For multiple or volume licenses, the customer may install the product on different devices or locations, provided the number of installations does not exceed the number of licenses purchased.
Any modifications made by the user do not grant ownership rights to the software. The software remains the exclusive property of Home Smart Financial Systems.
All copyright and intellectual property notices must remain intact unless explicitly authorized.
Users may not allow third parties to modify, distribute, or export the software in violation of applicable laws, including U.S. export control regulations.

2. Ownership
The purchase of a license grants the right to use the product, but does not transfer ownership.
All rights, title, and interest in the software remain the exclusive property of Home Smart Financial Systems.

The product is delivered digitally via a download link sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

4. Limitation of Liability
Home Smart Financial Systems is not responsible for any errors in calculations, incorrect assumptions, software or hardware failures, data loss, network issues, or any financial losses resulting from the use of the product.
Because financial outcomes may vary depending on user input and interpretation, all decisions made based on the system’s results are the sole responsibility of the user.
